Many TCP members including Kenny Endo and the Adult Performing and Youth Performing Ensembles just got back from the awesome North American Taiko Conference (NATC) 2019 in Portland, Oregon.  People from all over the country, Europe, Japan, Canada, and more gathered for workshops. discussions, performances, and concerts.
What a camaraderie which circles around the globe! Both TCP performing ensembles performed – the Youth Group was one of 10 featured groups in “Taiko Ten.” Under the leadership of YG Director Brock Asato, they made TCP proud!

And Kenny Endo and TCP and guests Sumie Kaneko (shamisen, vocals) and Eien Hunter-Ishikawa (vibes, atarigane, fue) were featured performers in Taiko Jam along with San Francisco Taiko Dojo, Kinnara Taiko, and Chieko Kojima.

Fall Session I begins Sunday, September 8 and runs for six weeks until Thursday, October 17th  (sorry……Summer Session III was cancelled).  Fall Session II is October 28–December 12. Whether you are an absolute beginner, returning to a former passion or want your children to experience the numerous benefits of playing taiko, TCP has a class to fit your needs!
